Realization of Sheet piles

During 2015, the vehicle fleet was integrated with an ABI HVR 85Z Add-on vibrator installed on a hydraulic excavator which allows for the injection and extraction of sheet piles of metal or composite plastic, wooden poles, concrete poles….

This new generation injection equipment is easy to transport thanks to its very compact design and offers a small footprint with high performance. Sheet piles can be permanent (bank protection works), or temporary, for example, for supporting structures during an excavation.

In both cases, this is a bulkhead carried out by insertion into the ground of section bars with shaped edges in order to create a track for the injection of the adjacent section bar; generally the profiles have an open U section.
